WE HAVE A NO FUSS RETURNS POLICY. THIS MEANS THAT IF, AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM, YOU DON'T WANT TO KEEP IT FOR ANY REASON, YOU CAN POST IT BACK TO US FOR A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE, IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Returns Process

Majority of our returns are due to customers ordering a wrong size. This happens because of different sizing standards offered by different brands. We humbly request our customers to compare their (body measurement or existing garment) size with our available sizing charts . before placing any order. You can also contact our expert stylists to clarify any sizing issues using our online contact form.

In an unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with our product(s),Feather skin will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or factory defective merchandise for return or exchange within 
21 days from the shipping date (as recorded by the postal service or courier company). Simply follow stated below 3 steps:

  1. Request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by either sending an email to support@feather-skin.com or login to your personal account on Feather skin website (We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of items sent without Feather Skin's prior authorization)
  2. We will send you an email with detailed instructions.
  3. Once you follow our provided instructions and after we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will either return, refund or exchange the product(s) as per this policy.

 

Kindly note that all returned items should be in their original packing & condition with all hang tags and labels attached to it. Any items returned in any other condition will not be eligible for refund nor exchange. We suggest that you send your returns via an insured carrier as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

 

Please note that for orders delivered to outside the UK, any refund amount will be less the original delivery charge on your order unless the item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered. Exchanges sent out are subject to the original delivery charge.

If you require a refund then we will try to process that within a week of the day we receive the item from you. 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive.

CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS

Unfortunatly we do not offer exchange or refund on any of the custom made order

Before shipment of your product, our quality control department inspects the product on varied quality standards to ascertain that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website. If the product is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then will we get you a replacement shipped with expedited shipping at our expense. If your product is damaged, please mail us at support@feather-skin.com, specifying the extent of damage

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
