Our Warranty Policy

  • All Feather Skin products go through a to strict quality controls. We guarantee that the materials and workmanship of all the products we make will stand up to the use for which they are designed. Any defects in the materials or workmanship are covered by a 2-year warranty which, however, does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents or improper care of the product.
  • If you have a problem with your Feather Skin product, please contact our customer service immediately. From there on the Feather Skin customer service representative should be able to handle the warranty process on your behalf. Please note that in many cases we will ask you to send the jacket back our UK warehouse.
  • Once we receive the leather jacket, we will verify its authenticity and assess the damage.
  • If your Feather Skin leather jacket fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, where possible, we will repair the item at no charge to you. If the product is not repairable, or the cost of the repairs exceeds the value of the product, we may choose to replace the product instead. Please understand we may be out of stock or no longer carry that particular style or colour and will do everything possible to replace the jacket with the closest possible style.
    • When sending us your damaged jacket, please remember to:

      • Send the product in a clean condition. Soiled garments will be returned unprocessed.
      • Make sure that the shipping is prepaid, and the package is insured for full replacement value. Feather Skin will cover the return shipping costs of repaired garments
      • Please enclose a short note that includes your name, phone number and home address.
